IGI is one of the most well-known and respected international gemological laboratories, providing certifications for lab-grown diamonds. Their reports are detailed and include crucial information like carat weight, cut, color, clarity, polish, symmetry, and fluorescence.

Yes we do! We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defective manufacturing. We will evaluate your product and if approved, we will repair it at no cost. Our warranty solely covers manufacturer’s defects and excludes coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of lab-grown diamonds, and theft. Any repair, alteration, or service performed by somebody other than Kiara Labs will void the warranty.

We offer a 14-day return policy with full refund. It’s important to us that you love your product and wear it proudly! Simply email us your request within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Our return policy excludes custom orders, as those are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable. However custom orders are still backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
